Moori is a framework for real-time audience participatory dyanmaic narrative audio-visual work. Moori could be realized as an interactive installation or a live performance. By incorporating a smart phone’s dynamic interface and SMS, users share their thoughts to a proposed question by the system. Through text inputs, buttons, and multi-touch pads, user-data is processed to generate algorithmic audio and visuals—as well as manipulate the sound and images. The result is a collaborative story telling among the participants and a real-time audio-visual composition. The system may initiate the outline of the composition, but viewers are the actual authors who completely transform the content in a collective narrative space.
